Ehtesham Ali Khan represents the third generation of a family whose relationship with the carpet has never been merely commercial. Born into a house where the loom was always present, he has spent more than two decades carrying forward a tradition that began with his grandfather in 1935.
For over twenty years, Ehtesham has personally overseen every aspect of the house — from the selection of raw materials and the direction of artisan workshops to the cultivation of relationships with clients across the world. His approach is unhurried, deliberate, and rooted in the belief that a carpet made well is a carpet made once.
